Step 2

• Read and understand the Prospectus. Click here to download the latest copy of the Prospectus.
• Fill up and sign the original Application Form and Buyer’s Declaration form.
• Submit a photocopy of your NRIC or Passport.
• Sign two sets of the Growers Management Agreement.

Step 3

• Cheque made payable to "My Premier – GAP’s Grower Fee Trust A/C". Investors are required to write their names, contact number and NRIC or passport number on the back of the cheque.
• Credit Card* – Fill up the required credit card information on the Credit Card section on the application form. *Applicable for investment above 4 plots only
• Bank transfer – Transfer your payment to our bank account:
  -Account No: 5140 1201 6359
  -Bank : Maybank Berhad
  -Account Name: My Premier – GAP’s Grower Fee Trust A/C

Step 4

• Once approved, the Management Company will proceed with the application after 10 days cooling off period. Investors will received the stamped Growers Management Agreement, Original Growers Certificate and official receipts within 7 days after cooling off period.
